HERE'S THE RESULTS!!!!!!!!!
Certainly the noc set inside the release loop had an effect . . . but the cams were out of sync! The cables had stretched and the cams were not releasing at the same time!
I don't get to buy new arrows . . . (awwwwwwwwwwww)
But I do like the new RipCord drop away rest I got. Very nice.
Feels good to solve a problem, eh?

One last thing, TFOX, using your process, my actual draw is 27 3/4".
And the center line of the burger hole DOES align with the back of the grip.
Thanks all . . . A remarkable difference already!
