Default Turbo Nocks

Are these worth having? I see them in the Cabela's archery catalog - they appear to be a substitute for fletching where the vanes are part of the nock.

There was a post on these here earlier in late Jan., I believe. IMO, their junk, don't waste time/money. I boughtem a couple of yrs ago. They all blew apart in flight or upon impact w/the target. Live & learn by others mistakes & $$ lost.

Ditto to all the above. I keep the "pieces" of the three I attempted to shootwith my gear to show people who inquire about them.

Same here.

Apparently they fly pretty well, however the durability factor gives them low marks overall.

The other part is that they pop off on a pass thru. How in the heck are you supposed to find a black carbon shaft with no fletching in the woods?

My blazers fly every bit as well as the turbos.

I've tried them off and on the last 5 years or so with each new bow I get. I never get them to fly just right, they're a little hard on serving, and they do break if you hit them. I prefer my feathers and vanes easily.

Thanks to all. You would think Cabela's would test this stuff out before putting it in their catalog for the world to test.
