Hand painted looks 10 times cooler and it's a bit lighter. BUT, wraps are 200% quicker and simpler.
that and the fact if something happens to a fletching and you have to replace it just strip off wrap and refletch.I am not sure if you could do it that easily with painted ones considering paint coming off.
