Really there is no right or wrong so saying one is right over the other is what is wrong.

I don't think that is what Big was saying but that is the fact.

BUT,most coaches do prefer straight over bent.

That is my point, he did not clarify, he simply stated WRONG. Which in my opinion is open to interpretation. I don't want to get this thread going away from its intended purpose which is draw length. There are alot people especially younger people who believe what they read on here, most of which is true. A statement like that may make them believe shhooting with a bent arm is wrong. On the same token I understand how my statement would also cause someone to think that shooting with a bent arm is the only way, which is basically what I said.

He also thinks the the wingspand methods work for just about everyone.

Don't loose sleep over it.

Most coaches are going to side in the way of straight arm is "right" but as in everything else in life, there are always variables.

I am speaking of target ahooting.

Hunting has several different scenarios to be considered.Bent has become accepted "right" for most.

Well, anyone that knows me knows that I am not normal,ESPECIALLY MY WIFE!!!

I measured my daughter and she is close with the wingspand method but not exact. She draws a little longer with a Fits Me Too release but with a wrist release, she is fairly close.[8D]
