Very intersting and thanks for the link! The guardian sure looks sweet. I would really like to shot it. Our local pro shop has one, I just ahven't gotten down there yet to try it out. I have a friend who went down there and he said it shots pretty fast!

I think this is the most telling quote from the person who started that thread and took those pics:

the bow is like a jazzed up version of my allegiance.
i am a big fan of the allegiance---which i personally think is the flagship bow of bowtech.
this bow is like the ferrari version of an allegiance....and i always thought the allegiance was the ferrari of bowtech.

Well, that and this one...

The most impressive thing about the bow is the lack of shock & vibratioin.
I would describe the sound the bow makes to a kid's 20lb. recurve---honestly that is how quiet it is.

I wonder how adjustment are made in draw lbs. The only thing I can see it the "secondary riser" is slid back or foward on the limb.

Just like you normally would with any other limb bolt.

I have to admit those are some great pics. It is a shame that the pics are copyrighted as I would like to see them here as well. I guess I will have to just wait until my Commander shows up and then go out and get a spotlight and a black sheet.....

These bows are truly works of art in terms of design and construction. I eagerly await the opportunity to wrap my hands around one.

On a somewhat related note I received my Black Ice and looooovvvveee the way it shoots. A more detailed "report" is sure to follow.

Frank.

I will be interested to hear what you have to say about the Black Ice mine is sitting here waiting for my rest to turn up.

Saying "shoot me, shoot me, shoot me"

man its killing me to have a bow and not be able to shoot it

If Frank does a "review", it will be a very good one, as they always are. Not really interested in the Black Ice, but it would be a good read. The Commander is what I'm after if my home business gets going well enough.
