Hey, Gibblet. Haven't shot a single arrow since February. I've been doing my rehab exercises, got the inflammation under controland am back to the point I can easily hold a bow up again. Tried to pull the recurve and it was a no-go. So, I got out the old ProTec, backed off thedraw weight to 50and gave it a tug. Felt okay.

The old pig has mostly been sitting it it's case for the past two years (or has it been three?) and it needed some TLC. Cleaned it up, lubed the axles, twisted the string and cables back to spec, set the wheel synch, adjusted the tiller, rechecked the nock location... the usual stuff I do to get a bow ready to tune.

Gonna head out to the range this evening... with a few bare shafts .... and give it a try. I've just got to be careful not to over-do it.
