Default Sight slipping

I have a toxonics k9 5 pin sight. I like the sight except that lately it has been slipping down. It will slip down after like 12 arrows, idk y. i even did a test to make sure it wasnt me, i made a mark on my sight as a reference point and sure a enough it was moving. Now i know that it is tight, i even tried to tighten it more, and it still moves. Im guessing that my bow is vibrating enough so that it moves the sight down. and we tried to make the contact points where you tighten down the rest more coarse, seems to be working as of now. but if you have any other ideas y it would be doing this feel free to share.
