I was wondering what most of you guys have had the best results from.Setting your knock so your arrow is exactly 90 degrees from the string, or setting your knock about an 1/8 inch high.

All depends on the bow. My bowtech likes a pretty high nock setting, my darton likes exactly 90 degrees. Also I have noticed some drop a ways like a slightly higher nock setting as well.

Your nock can be almost anywhere you want, if you're willing to adjust your bow's tiller. It's best to ask the manufacturer where you get the best nock travel on your particular bow. Then put your nock there and adjust your tiller until you have perfect arrow flight. This is far easier than moving nock points.
