Alright STS users

RE: Alright STS users
I just bought one yesterday and installed and so far I'm very disappointed in it. IMO, my bow is much quiter with leeches or whiskers. To my ears it has a loud slap sound to it. It also made my arrow impact low/right.
Could I possibly not have something set up right? The instructions that come with it leave a lot to be desired and there's virtually no tuning/tips/tricks listed anywhere.

Mike, once again soryy this isn't working for you.
You might consider placing one string leech on the string up top near the upper serving and see what it sounds like. My Patriot didn't need this, but my Tribute benefitted from it.
I know you bought it to get away from leeches, but the reduced string vibrations should make that one leech last a very long time.
As much as I like my STS on my PAT I can only assume the Pat likes the single version better & the older style stopper (simms limb saver) must work better with the Patriot.
