Maybe it's under- - whatever that is (link doesn't work).

If you look under accessories there is a picture of what looks like an STS, but when you click on the picture nothing happens (as it says it will beneath the picture)

gibblet:

Around here we get to hunt in weather that is very cold and humid. It's not uncommon for me to be huntingin the low 'teens and sometimes in single digits. Plenty of clothing is required and I still never hit my arm.

Just thought you'd like to know.

Ps And my bow has a 6 1/2" brace height.

len, do you hunt with the same drawlength bow you would target shoot with?

also, i may have not been quite clear what i look like in the stand when its real cold - think 'the michelin man'.

'the michelin man'.

I can really relate to that.

I use the same bow for everything. 3D, spots, and hunting. Heck, I even shot a FITA round with my friend in Florida summer heat one time with the same bow. 75 pound hunting bow did get a little burdensome at around the 100th arrow.

Why do I do this? It keeps me in shape all year round for both tuning customers' bows and for the hunting season (which is my first passion).

Also, shooting with either hand has improved my overall shooting and opened up a lot more opportunities in the tree. Deer really can't sneak up on my 'blind side' any more.

Just curious if anyone has tried a piece of moleskin on the STS rubber stop? Who cares if the string rips through it, you only need it for one shot right?
