Adjusting An Arrow Rest?
Ok my fletching on my bow have been hitting the arrow rest on the right side and some on the left side. What do I have to do to adjust this? Its a Nap Rover 3D Rest. Not a drop away or anything like that regular spring loaded deal. Here are 2 pictures

Also try just taking your bow and center your string with your arrow rest ,just to see if your actually centered ,you should be able to tell by whether you have to twist your wrist in order to line the string down the center of your rest. This will tell you if you need to also move your rest in or out a bit.

I agree with nubo--check your center shot first.
If everything is all well with centershot then go to the rest.
You may have to open the front prongs a bit and raise them. Then use a bow square and check your nock and that the arrow is sitting level.
Good luck.If you dont have the proper tools then a bow shop can fix this very easily.
