Newman !

I'm not sure what your shooting for a bow ,but with my experience with Gibblet's Floating yoke's ,it definately was a big plus and improvement for my 04 Patriot Dually .I found that the draw weight seem to feel less and also the draw cycle was much smoother as well. But in my opinion the most important improvement with the floating yoke's was that it almost elliminated all the limb twist caused from your cable slide pulling your cable's to the side .
I posted a pic of the floating yoke on a thread earlier ,I think it was the one where the guy's wanted to see some pic's on Gibblet's String's and cable's,you might want to check it out for yourself .The string part of your cable slide's on the vpart which attach's to your limb's which eliminate's the pulling to the side which in turn create's the twist on your limb .Here's a pic for you that I mentioned in this post.

I also shoot a floating yoke. It has eliminated limb twist for me too. It is extra critical on split limb bows like hoyts. Many of hoyts high end bows come from the factory with floating yokes. As far a disadvantages I cant think of any.

I was going to ask about how well they would work on a Martin with the X System. Then a came to my senses and figured out that the X System has four cables and needs no yoke at all. Geees, all I had to do was look at my ShadowCat. Dumb me!!!!!!!!!
