Matching arrows to arrow head weight
This is a two part question:
1. How doI choose the correct Broadhead/target pointstyle?
I havepurchased a set of 6 new Easton 2117 aluminum Fletched arrows with inserts cut to my draw length of 28" to use for deer hunting, also I have a full dozen Tru-Flight Camo Hunters #2314 aluminum 28" Fletched arrows on order for use as target arrows.
2. How do I determine the correct weightof the Broadhead/target points?
I have a Buckmaster BTR Compound bow set at 65# with a 28" draw.

I would probably put 100 grain field point on there and see how they shoot. If you would really want to get technical you could try and find a spline calculation sheet which would basically tell you if your arrow is too stiff or not with the point you chosen. I currently had one but lost it somewhere, if I find it I'll post it here.

I forgot that I have one on the Archer's Advantage software I have on my computer. I can put the shaft in with the point if you want but I need all your bow's info; like cam's, brace height, peek weight your pulling right now, drawlength, and let-off.
