Best Sharpening System?

What is the best system for sharpening replaceable blade broadheads like Muzzy and Thunderheads? I know replacing the blades is easy enough, but I'm not convinced that even new blades are as sharp as they can be. Also, If a particular sharpening system is good all-around, say for serrated and non-serrated knives, that would be a plus. What systems do you all use and why?

I have met very few people that can sharpen a blade by hand as sharp as they come new. I'm talking fixed replacable blades, not mechanicles. Most of those leave alot to be desired. You are better off just replacing them in my opinion
I will admit I sometimes touch mine up with a butchers steel. Especially the steel force heads because you can't just run out and get new blades for them. However they are some of sharpest blades I have seen out of the package.

I agree with Paul , Ive never seen anything as sharp as a thunderhead blade fresh out of the box .
But to answer your question , I use an flat stone about 6"s by 2"s for my magnus heads . I thing trying to sharpen muzzy blades would be dificult at best . Just get new ones . Alot of guy's like lansky's sharpeners allso .

I have tried a couple of the angled stone broadhead sharpeners and don't like them. Not sure what brands they were but all they did was dull the blades. I got both of them from Cabelas. The replaceable blades are sharpened on a machine or with a laser and you can't get them any sharper than they come. If you don't know how to use a stone, like ijimmy said, the Lansky is probably your best option. It will sharpen serrated edges which you can't do with a stone.
