All of bowtech's string silencers fall apart. It almost doesn't matter what bowtech it is, they just do. These bow's are so quiet though that it's not too big of a deal. The best idea is to just put on some cat whiskers. I've got a bowtech liberty '05 and my silencers started coming apart after a couple weeks. As far as the serve goes, the strings on the diamonds aren't the quality strings that go on the bowtechs. If you really want a quality string have bowtech ship you one of their quality strings. Also you can buy the hush kits for bowtech's and that will replace the string silencers and the limb silencers. It's allup to you, but I'd make sure I got a quality string if I was you.

The strings on the Diamonds are the same materials and built by the same methods as the BowTech strings. The only difference is the BowTech has a two color twist string and the Victory has a multi color string.

I got an e-mail back from Diamond and they want me to set the draw stop at 7.8.

Attached is a photo of my came and the current position of the draw stop. How in the world can I set it at 7.8? Currently, it's dead on the 7th full mark. The are half marks in between.

Actually I had the same question about bolt position, and marks.I was told the line you want should be in the center of the bolt.So from your pic you bow is set up on 6.5.So,you will have to shorten it up.That will make your let off feel non existent, but you will have to see how it feels when you draw it.Mine is set on 5.5.It called for 6,but the book says you can move it .5 to adjust to you.My bow is 30" 70# set for 80%.What is your length, and what let off are you wanting? You serving is still going to spread unless you put some serve tite on it or at the very least some type of glue. That's because of this super hard cam.Hope I helped.

I just bought my Diamond Victory bow on 9/14 and it is already showing, what I consider to be major wear, on the cable.
This type of serving separation is quite common. It's one of the many reasons I build my own strings. A properly built string will not do this. Even so, if the separation remains small, it probably won't cause any problems.

I agree with bigbulls , its the bane of the single cam , allmost all do it . Get it reserved tightly , untill you eventualy replace with either a vaportrail or winners choice string and cabel .
