Yes, move the sight pin down about 1/16" and shoot your first pin for 20 yards. Then go back to 10 yards and see where your arrow hits. If you have anything close to a modern bow you should only hit about 1" high at 10 yards with a 20 yard pin. Therefore you can eliminate one pin from the cluster. After that you can try a 30 yard pin. For most of us it's kinda trial and error, but as you get more experienced you'll learn ABOUT how far below the 20 yard pin to place a 30 yarder for starters. I'd say roughly 3/16" depending on bow speed, how far the sight is from the riser, etc.
