Help with Paper Tuning

Default Help with Paper Tuning

I've never done this before but I hear a lot of talk about it. Can anyone explainhow to properly paper tune your bow....ie distance from paper etc...?

PS: I use a cardboard box and cut the bottom out 1" smaller than an 8 x 11" sheet of paper and then tape the paper in place to record the tears. I sit a brick on the box to keep it in place while shooting.
