Bowtech adjusting
So I have been working on the constitution alot lately. I do like the new cams, but (jsut like any other bow company) they way overstate the fact that they cannot come out of time. Anyhow I lost my letoff a while back because the top cam was more advanced than the bottom cam(out). Therefore when the draw stop hit the limb, it stopped the bottom cam short in the valley. Not allowing to to reach its full let off. So I twisted the cables to get the letoff back. Then I put some of my own timing marks of the cams. So I got to thinking, what if I advance that bottom cam more? I would get more let off. So I gave the cable 3 twist. I'm holding 8 pounds at 61 pounds(87%). Could this hurt anything? I know that I'm giving up some speed, but that wouldn't matter to me if I could keep the extra let off. Thanks, Ewolf

The cams do not come out of SYNCH, they can due to string or cable stretch lose their optimal position in some cases but the timing of the actual cam rollover stays the same.
A conventional 2 cam bow will come out of synch causing aswoop in the nock travel........even though yours rolled out of optimal position a little, synch and nock travel are unaffected because of them being tied together regardless of whereone or bothstart.
Chances are, now that you twisted it back up to where you want it, it will not move much if any over the life of the set. Hot humid August days are the worst for causing even quality string sets to go out a bit.
You should be fine where you're at.......but don't get crazy.
