I would go with the 2" Blazers if you are using mechanicals. The weigh roughly 5.5-5.8 grains a piece. They are listed at 5 grains each but I have weighed several and never got one under 5.5. I have shot 3 Blazers on my arrows with mechanical heads with much success. I am fletching some arrows with 4 Blazers this year and they seem to control the arrows just a tad bit better. They might fly better through a WB than longer vanes.

My old Buckmaster G2 had an IBO rating of 309. I was shooting 383 grain arrows at 268fps so you should be close to that.

I have been shooting the NAP Scorpion XP 100's. They fly great on my arrows. I put them in the right spot and the deer don't go any farther than 30 yards. I was kinda iffy about the o-ring design but I haven't had any problems with them. There are a lot of cut-on contact mechanicals out now and I'm sure they all work well.

This is my advice on broadheads: I am sure that if they are placed in the right spot on an animal that they would all perform well. You will just have to find which broadhead shoots well for you and be confident with your setup. Then you can concentrate on picking a spot and not worry about your equipment. Read everyone's advice on this forum with an open mind and then make the best decision for you.
