Default IBO.weight recommendations??

Purchased a new bow Hoyt ultramag
when I bought the bow the pro shop recommended that I shoot PSE carbon force 300's modle

My question is at a 27 inch draw with 70 lbs drawand 28 inch arrowwith a100 grain broadhead, my arrows weigh 363 grains which puts me at 5.185 grains per inch.

Is this safe for the bow? Being so close to the minimum??

Any Idea what kinda speed the bow shoots as I do not have access to a chrono??

Thanks
AL
