Default Removing broadheads and nocks from carbon arrows?

I just got my bow, and along with it were 19 Beman 380-16 carbon arrows. These are the type that have the nock and points on the outside of the arrow, and they appear glued on. If one wanted to remove these broadheads, field points or nocks, how would I do so, if it's even possible at all?

i'm not sure about the nocks, if they would melt or not, but some heat to the shaft in both areas may melt the glue. maybe try a lighter near the nock but not on it, and the glue may release. its worth a shot anyway.
