changing profile picture?

i cannot seem to change my profile picture i go to change it says its good then i click apply and then ok and i view my public profile and the picture is there but when i post things the picture i want isnt there?
any help?

Your profile picture is diffrent from your avatar picture ... your avatar picture is the one that shows everytime you post.
