Default repairs on a fox mount

is it possible to repair the nose on a fox mount,i'm deployed to iraq and my wife informed me last month that her and the boys little dog chewed on the fox's nose, she said it wasn't to bad, since then she has taken it back to the taxidermy for repairs, p.s. i think the dog has to go.

yes ; a taxidermist can repair it if it is not real bad.they can even form another and replace it.most little digs and even cats will chew on mts. that is the reason to put them on a shelf up out of there reach.

hope you get back home real soon and safe. "THANKS"

Any competent taxidermist can either rebuild the nose pad to look very lifelike, or replace it with a cast replica nose. If theyre colored correctly, its really a nice touch. Good luck!
