Default Good Taxidermy school recommendations!

A Buddie of mine is looking for a career change and is seriously thinking about taxidermy. I know he would be great at it. He's a really good wildlife artist. And is very in tune to details.

What school would you suggest(Close to Minnesota)?

Default RE: Good Taxidermy school recommendations!

I know John H. over at Trails End, and I personally hung a blue ribbon on his latest deer shoulder mount, so I know he does good work, and I hear his instruction is good too.

I also know Mike P, and have judged with him at the Minnesota show a couple times. His waterfowl work is well known in our industry.

Thats two good choices right in Minnesota.
