The Fouke Monster is probably still around, last I heard Smokey Crabtree was still alive and as long as he is still alive the Fouke Monster will live.

Sooner Hunter, do you know a guy name Scott Otwell? He lives on Caledonia Rd and graduated from Junction City. He is a pharmacist for Walgreens. I think everyone from that area has heard of Scott Otwell. He is one crazy person. I go down to Caledonia all the time to hunt with him. The deer are so thick down there that when times are hard in central AR, I just head down there and am nearly guaranteed a deer everytime. I have never seen so many deer on a consistent basis.

I took a nice fat 5 point on the opener, but now that the weather is perfect I haven't been able to get out. Sooner Hunter, I hope you got in some duck huntin while you were livin down here. I am guessin that you were familiar with Felsanthal.

Very familar with Felsenthal!!! Best times of my life. First bowhunt ever was there and killed a big old 8 point. Took a lot of deer out of there.
Funny story I can tell cause the statute of limitations is expired. Back bout 85 a buddy of mine took me to Felsenthal to "teach me to duck hunt". This ol boy was purty much full of s*&% but I thought it would be fun. We shot the heck out of them and going back to the truck he was real tense. We got home he smiled and slapped me on the back and said, "man I was afraid we were gonna get caught."
"Caught at what?"
"All them ducks was squealers."
"Yeah?"
"The limit on squealers is one each!"
"How many we have?"
"Bout 12."
Never went hunting with Eddie McGhee again. Kansas might be alright but have no desire to visit Leavenworth!

Yeah the game wardens used to know Scott, his sister Helen Ann, and his Daddy Harold Otwell pretty well. Think the bunch contributed a few guns and dollars to the AR G&F albeit not voluntarily. They used to be bad to spotlight.
Now having said all that let me say Scott is a first cousin. Hope he turned out okay. Lord knows he bout had to raise himself. Momma/Daddy out driving trucks. Also had it tuf riding the bus when he was in high school. He got banged up a little. Good to make the acquaintance. Whats your name?

Please tell me that you are lieing about Phil Robertson being your old english teacher. The jokes on me right? I know he played football at La Tech while Bradshaw was there, but never pictured him as an english teacher. If so, I am guessin that the hair was much shorter back then.
