2013-2014 Virginia Hunting Regs
I was wondering when do they release the new 2013-2104 Hunting Regulations online and at Magazines that you can find at Dicks Sportinggoods or local check in stores ?

They will be release sometime in July. But if you have a vdgif calendar for 2013.. then you have the dates. Usually stay real close every year.

Not counting urban archery season, usually the first Saturday in October is the statewide bow opener, the first Saturday in November marks the ML Opener. Third Saturday after the ML opens is normally the firearms opener.

The 2013-2014 regulations are now on the VDGIF website. If you go to the FAQ section of the VDGIF website, there is a chart that explains how to figure the opening days for the different seasons before the regulations come out.

it looks like they ruined my loudoun county spots with a early sept doe rifle season. ive been hunting in loudoun for years and i think the doe population has not increased to the point where we need a sept rifle season. now herd will be pressured come october 5.
