RE: Meat Processors Ocala Area?
Hey Chuck,
The field dressing I know how to do(don't really like to do it and don't have alot experience doing it), but I usually let someone else, ie. my brothers do it if I can get away with it(I do help and it is usually a team effort). We have a place in SC that we hunt at sometimes and have a proccessor that we can take the deer to and they clean, process and sausage for $90. What a deal! I was looking for a place something like that, because the park that we have our trailer in frowns on hanging dead animals in the yard[:@]It kinda boils down to my being a little lazy. If I can get someone to do it for me for the right price, I willAnyways, I would be happy for any new learnings or advice you can give me in that arena.
Talk to you soon,
Steve
