I am in Phillips county and haven't see A deer in about the same amount of time. I have seen a bobcat on 3 different occasions and was wondering if that may be what is wrong or maybe the fact that the crops have been harvested in the immediate area and maybe with the acorns dropping good in the nearby reserve the deer have left my area and gone to the reserve. Any comments or advice?

McG, if there's no food source where your huntin, then I'd hunt
the reserve. they will definately move for food.

Haven't been in a week myself, but after taking a few practice shots, will be out with the bow this afternoon and let ya know what I see in the Searcy Co., Witt Springs area.

The best of luck in all your hunting endeavors!!!

God Bless,
Dave

I haven't been in the past week...I went last weekend, saw a fork horn, a bigger buck but couldn't tell, and possibly a third that was alone trailing does out in a field right at dark. I was down in DeWitt when this all happened. G-Dawg went out yesterday and saw a fork horn out by our house. So I guess bucks are still moving...I've been seeing does anyways.
