south florida deer hunters
This time a year big cypress is pretty flooded, does anyone know if deer will bed in the water or if they are traveling to dry ground somewhere?
Saturday morning we were following a couple does but lost them in the thick cover. So we set up near some obvious trails an watched for a while but didn't see anything else moving all morning.

I have a camp in the big cypress and the deer do not sleep in the water thay bed on dry and try to find the pine islands. i shot an 8 point opening morning of bow season last week. e-mail me and i will tell ya where there at this time of year.
