Default NW Florida Hunting

Anyone have any good experiences hunting deer in NW Florida? What public lands do you consider best for deer? Hogs? Anyone have any favorites? I'm new to hunting and have little to no direction when it comes to hunting this area.

For information on Eglin AFB hunting, call the Jackson Guard office at 850-882-4164. There is also the Point Washington area between Panama City and Destin.

Ox you need to check with Jackson Guard, but someone told me that they were allowing the use of rifles on parts of Eglin now. Use to it was shotgun only.
