Radford Army Quota Hunt
Anyone got drawn to hunt there in the last few years? I put in for shotgun for my son and bow for myself. I have been told there are not as many people put in for bow anymore so I might get picked my first round. I have to take a doe first trip but next time I can bring home one of there brusers!

A guy I worked with finally drew a buck tag after taking a doe with his shotgun. That was about 4 years ago. It just took him NINE years to get to that point! LOL!! But, he took a nice 9 pointer. You might get picked after a few years for your first doe tag. It is based on a points system; the more you apply the higher your chances. "Might get drawn the first time" LOL!! Good Luck!

Keep applying. It is worth it. I have been twice. About 10 years combined.
