Default Do these really work???

I was wondering if squirrel calls really work on. If they do what one is really good...i am thinking about the Primos 4-1 squirrel call that comes with a tape.

Yes, they work if you know how and when to use them. I have a Knight and hale 4 in 1.

I have a couple of different calls that work well on fox squirrels. But the grey & black squirrels either don't react at all, or are scared off by them.

I use one on odd occasions to try and force a hidden squirrel into moving but thats about all they seem good for to me

try rubbing two quaters together, or listen to a am/fm radio while in the woods both those work the best ive tried using calls but they seem to just scare them away.

I think mine is a knight and hale, I've used it a bit, but I don't know that it really works all that great, since most of our squirrel hunting isn't calling, it's walking down hedge lines blasting squirrels...I got to playing around one day and I can make more realistic calls with my mouth than with my call, so I don't know if there's a good use for it?

I learned as a boy living in Kansas that if I made a tight fist and start kissing the back of my hand loud they would come a runnin and barking. Worked for me!
