So now he wants to shoot a building from his balcony? Why did he even bother to put up a pigeon poll then?

People like this don't need a weapon, they need a good counselor and lots of therapy.

Responding to posts like these; is like contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

................however, try to remember back to when you were a kid - so maybe help to explain morality and ethics instead.

Squab isnt consider a game bird in Ohio. Yes we have them, if you want to hang outside of K-Mart with a 20 gauge, be my guest.

***FYI nobody is talking about it being a game bird, but they can be a heck of a lot of fun and good wing shooting practice out on a farm where they are a pain in the neck around barns, etc.

Yeah... a few barns and silos around the areas we hunt pheasants are just loaded with them. This is out in the middle of nowhere.

After we flush the birds, retrieve the downed ones, there are usually about 5 - 10 pigeons circling at high altitude.

Great target practice... lol.

We called them "Silo Mallards" growing up on the farm. I did and still do use them for great wingshooting practice for waterfowl and for retriever practice on the off season for my Chocolate Lab. Cheap, available and always in season!!!!!!!

I'd suggest a slingshot. They will kill lots of stuff. and you can make them yourself. and pigeons are very edible, don't waste them. city birds fatten on park peanuts, popcorn, bird food, corn scratch, spilled chips etc... and grain from the trainyards and weed seed from the vacant lots etc... I have found them to be delicious but sometimes a bit tough, you can judge that when you dress them out. 10
