The best thing about eating weird foods is watching someone eat it after you just convinced them it tastes like chicken.
I should know....lets just say i have some experience.

The speculation is that they naturally migrated east as more and more bridges began to span the natural barriers that blocked them. Personally, I think they're parachuted from black helicopters by state game commisions to control the deer population, but that's just me.

Any of you had Chicken Feet(I have)
I think that would be worse than coyote.
If you are what you eat chickens are worse than coyotes.

I have a pretty wide selection of wild game cookbooks that deal with everything from rabbits, coons and deer to fresh water mussels and muskrats (and yes, 'rats are good...taste like squirrels). One even has recipes for skunk and porcupines. I don't know who would want to dress either of those, but if that's your thing, go for it. But the one thing I've NEVER run across is a recipe for coyote. If none of the books cover it, I'm guessing it's not just a coincidence.

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt you if you cooked it well. Your best bet would probably be to put a clothes pin on your nose while you skin it and cook it though!
