How do i make a snare trap? and wat supplies would i need?

Snares in wi. need to be underwater. A cable restraint is what we use for land animals.That way we dont kill any ones dog.

for snowshoes just get some 20 gauge wire and set it on a heavily used trail where the bush is tight and the animal is funnelled into the snare. you can alsotake sticks and stick them into the snow to make a funnel. All you have to do is attatch the end of the wire to a big stick or a stake in the ground and put the snare part approximately a hand above the ground. check the snare everyday, so a yote doesn't rip you off and wire cutters might be needed if a rabbit runs the wire around a tree a few dozen times. If you can find where the snow is packed with rabbit tracks you should have one in a day or two. Ihaven't done it a lot, but iv'e got a few snowshoes before.
