Default Hunting canines

I have had a problem with getting coyotes to come into my calls, but today I went out and found alot of tracks from coyotes and fox and was wondering If I could go and sit in an area with a lot of tracks and just wait for them to come through like deer. Or would I be wasting My time because they are mostly nocturnal.

It just depends, If you have a Trail Cam use that. Alot of times they dont always use the same paths but then again sometimes they do.
