After a few generations the wolf or coyote drowns out the dog look.there still wolf dog-or coy dog and a dna is required at that point.

Jake Smith09: I would like to see one. With trail cameras, maybe you or your buds can get one and show us.......OR shoot one and show us. Might make a good mount.

Yea i'll try to get one, me and my dad know where one is and were gonna try to get him. Hes huge. We have been told hes runnin around with some yotes. I'll try to at least get picts of him.

The second coyoteI killed wasa touch over60lbs on a scale and its legs were nearly black up to the body. Otherwise it was all coyote in the looks department.

From the size and coloration, I always figured that it had crossed somewhere.

They definately do exist, because last summer for fun at our hunting camp we were trying out our e-caller to just see what would come in, and after a half hour a weird looking dog came up the drive way, it looked like a coyote w/ longer hair and a short tail. It was one mean looking thing. If I were yote hunting I wouldn't even of hesitated to shoot it.
