This year I went out to my buddies in Wyoming on a mule deer hunt and he told me to bring my 223 for some world class prairie dog shooting, it was awesome!!!!!!

you lucky dog! i have to wait till spring to go on a dog shoot. i dont have the luxury of takin a ar15 but i do get to take my 700 bdl my savage and a ruger mini 14 for closer range shots. also takin a 17 hmr and 22hornet. while my uncle brings his 2 223's a 243 and a 204 ruger. well see how the different guns use. do you know what he was usin for loads in the ar? for the mini 14 i bought a bunch of cheap wolf hp stuff and it shoots really well out to bout 150yrds

Appropriate music for an appropriate sport. By the way, those are some dumb prairie dogs. 2 to 3 shots before they got hit and before they ran away.....LOL, that is great.

My buddy that was with me had a 243, that was very effective on PD's out to 500yards, it would send them in 3 different directions.

wow...that was an awesome video...and that looks fun as heck...i thought groundhog hunting was fun...shoting a few a day at BEST around home....nothin like sittin in the field waitin for one to come out and lettin a 3006 round rip though.....that would be awesome with a ar-15...them things arent too smart are they??? heck the one came out after his 2 buddies got whacked!! thats awesome.......i see why people hunt them.....i thought groundhogs were bad with holes....them things RUIN a field.....
