quik shok .22lr?
Anybody use this on squirrels? I read about them during the summer but have not seen or heard much about them since. The bullet is made in such a way that afer impact it splits into three sections causing more damage -improving chance on a kill on misplaced shots. The design ensuring the bullet breaks up without a ricochet on misses.
It is now made by http://www.tritonammo.com/ but when I heard about it it was a different manafacturer. Anyone know anymore about these rounds? I 'd really like to know how they perform in the field...
cheers,
greengoose

haven't heard about them. I don't even like hollow points for squirrels,to much meat dammage. a bullet that splits up would make even more dammage. I don't think I would like them.
just my 2 cents,there are 98 more.
I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest
remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.

cant hurt to try em...thats the only way to see if a bullet does what u want it to...i always thought bullets designed like that are for LE and home defense so it minamizes stray bullets flying throught the wall through the neighborhood....sure it couldnt hurt to buy a box and see what they do...
