Hornaday or RCBS. I like either. I have yet to use any other brands in depth. I do like the Lee decapper. Some gut's swear by the Lee products. I just have had great luck with the Hornadays and RCBS

on a press i got an old rcbs rockchucker that i got in a starter kit, get a few manuauls read them and then read them again, a starter kit will get you close but theyll be some small items like primer pocket brushes, neck brushes, case trimmer, and luxery stuff like a lee auto prime, really cuts time primming cartridges, you may want to buy a small tumbler for clening your brass, a good way to spot problems. best of luck if you get to something you don't understand ask questions, it aint rocket science its much more important than that

The Forster Co-AX, the various Redding presses, and the RCBS Rockchucker are all good. In addition, many makes of dies are excellent, and almost ALL makes of dies will load accurate ammo. You will need a powder scale, powder funnel, case trimmer, and perhaps a priming tool in addition to dies and a press.
You can often find equipment in excellent to new condition on E-BAY for a lot less than new stuff costs. I bought a "used" RockChucker off E-BAY a couple of months back for $50.00, and when I got it, I could swear it had never even been mounted on a bench.
