7mm. 160-grain Nosler Accubond report.
I loaded up some of the new Accubond bullets from Nosler for my 7mm Remington Ultra mag. My best groups were with 86-grains of IMR-7828. My best group measured just under 1/2-inch @ 100-yards.
Needless to say I found a load that looks good on paper. I will have to wait three weeks to see how they preform on Antelope?

Thanks Wolf killer! I shoot a 7mm RM and I' m very interested in this bullet myself. Please let us know how it performed for you.
I shot a similar bullet, the Scirocco, in my 7mm last year for deer. Wasn' t too happy with the performance;

Good luck!

Power, I looked at the photos and saw excellent results. The bullet did what it' s supposed to do and I especially liked the fact that it exited.
I used to like ballistic tips until I shot a deer that ran off in the heavy woods and died only 50 yards away....a good hit too! There was no blood trail for lack of an exit wound and I looked for an hour before I found him. Today I try to shoot bullets with a little more stick-together in them.
Thanks for the photos.

I should have also mentioned that I am trying to find a one-bullet, one-load = all game-bullet. I plan on useing this rifle for antelope, whitetail, mule deer, black bear, elk & moose.
I shot the Accubond head to head with the Partition. The Accubond shot just a little better with every load than the Partition. I would not think twice about useing the Partition instead of the Accubond for big game hunting. I just want to try something new & see how it works. If all else fails I have the tried & proven partition to fall back on.

I' ve been using the Accubond in my 7mm Rem Mag and have been having decent results at the range. I' ll find out how they perform on deer in a couple of months hopefully.
I think a better all around bullet for your application might be the Barnes Triple Shock. I' ve tried it in my .300 Weatherby and have been really impressed with its accuracy.
