45acp
New to this board, hope you can answer this question. Picked up a few 45acp cases at the range, and when I got home and started cleaning them, noticed they appear to have small primers in them. They are not 45gap to answer your 1st question. The cases are from Win and Fed. They are marked 45auto +p and have an NT stamp on the head. They are definitely small primers like for 9mm. Anybody else seen these are know why they are different?

RE: 45acp
The +p means plus pressure. They are loaded with lighter bullets and to a higher pressure than regular factory loads. The NT head stamp means non-toxic. The ones that I have saw had toxic-metal free primers and non lead bullets they were used as training rounds for law enforcement as they break apart on contact with metal targets to reduce ricochets and backsplash hazards
