Powder charge?

I am reloading .308 Win with 150gr boat tail. I would like to use IMR 4350 since I already have quite a lot. I can't find a powder charge for this combo. Can I use IMR4350 and how much?

Its too slow to work well in the .308.

The 30-06 it does well but not really until you get to 180 grain and heavier bullets. It's much better suited to cartridges like the 300 Win mag and 338 win mag.

46 grains of IMR-4350 will get you close to 2415 fps,which isn't very much...It's up to you..

Its a little slow burning for that combo. Good news is you will be way compressed before you ever go over pressure with it. You will be lucky to get 48gr in the case.
