Lenses andcoating aren't as good as Buckmaster, and don't transmit as much light.Buckmaster has a better reticle adjustment mechanism that doesn't have any play and keep the reticle from creeping.

I have a ProStaff on my 7Mag and can keep sub MOA at 400 yds! the difference in light transmission it 95% (prostaf) and 97% (buckmaster). The difference in price doesn't do it for me when i can hold sub MOA at those ranges. Just my thoughts. Granted, the side paralax focus is quite nice but thats bout it, as far as i see.
