Drop-away rest for 3d
I' m thinking of putting a trap door pro rest on my new Ultratech for 3d. Anyone else using these types of rest on their 3d bows? Does there seem to be any advantages to this style of rest other than fletch clearance?

RE: Drop-away rest for 3d
I use the quick tune 4000 and it seems to be working fine. I have been told that it will make your set up more forgiving. In theory once the arrow leaves the string it no longer is touching the bow so it decreases the amount of time you as the shooter can screw the shot up. Now wether it actually works like that or not I don' t now only time will tell.

I use my hunting bow for 3d equiped with a muzzy ZE have not had any problems with arrow flight.
The best thing about fall aways is that greatly reduce hand torque problems as the rest has dropped out of the way when most of the hand torque is being applied.
