Spot shooter,
The entry registration form must be postmarked by July 29, 2006. Scorecards will not be sent out after July 27, 2006. They must be picked up at shooter registration at Snowshoe before Thursday morning.
I can not answer your question about when qualifier letters from Nelsonville will be sent. Perhaps you should contact the IBO office!!
