question about decoys in PA for big game
guys , i can't remember , and can't seem to locate it in the game illustrated , if we're allowed to use big game decoys while hunting , the reason i'm asking as i do remember that the motorized , battery powered ones are illegal but , can't remember if that carries over to stationary non-moving decoys as well .
and if they are legal , are they legal for the bow season ??

non-moving deer decoys are legal. The big debate they are having now is with predator decoys that portray a food source( rabbit decoy). even a non-moving rabbit is taken to be food which makes it illegal. SO as long as you aren't throwing out plastic fruit or plastic ears of corn, you'll be alright with a deer decoy.

It's OK,You are even allowed to use a live deer for a decoy,If you have the proper permit to raise deer. Seen it done in South Texas. They used a pet doe to attrack a horny buck
