I' ve never tried a muzzleloader but these new inline rifles sure have my attention. I had thought they were illegal in PA.

Inlines are only legal for the early season and I think regular season, and flintlocks must be used during the muzzleloader season.

ya jsut gotta love PAs convoluted game laws

The PGC established the early muzzeloader season three years ago, and I believe inlines became legal two years ago. They are not legal in the late muzzeloader season.

I might head out to Chester or lower Berks county, I have a doe tag for 5C. I' ll probably use a shotgun w/ slugs.

My 12 yr old son took his first deer on Friday.I wasn' t too sure about this early season but the look on his face convinced me it' s a good idea.
