Default Nothing Hitting My Bait

Since this past Tuesday morning I put out a total of 130 pounds of sweet feed to draw in deer and bears for opening morning this Monday, nothing has hit the bait. Last year I did the same thing with the same bait and had bears allover it, problem was they came in at night. Hopefully they hit it by Monday morning while I'm there in daylight, LOL!!!

hey....worse comes to worse....eat the bait as trail mix . lolololllolll
I too put out a cool mix I am toying with.

Shredded beets(10.00 for 50#
Rider (sweet feed) 15.25 tax included for 50#
Juiliened Carrots 10#
Juliened Apples 15#
Cup of salt
jar of Vanilla extract 3-4.00

I use a kitchen mandalan with thin cut blade.

makes 125 pounds for 30.00

fills about 8 or 9 5 gallon buckets full.

AND HERES THE KICKER.you may laugh. A CAN OF BEER IN EACH BUCKET !!

THEY LOVE FERMENTING CRAP , AND A GOOD BUZZ TOO.

IF THEY STAY AT THE PILE FOR AWHILE....IT'S FUNNY ...THEY START FIGHTING, AND TOTALLY JUST BUM OUT.
LOLOL

the blur, where are you hunting for bears/deer?

Second year in a row I had numerous bears hitting my bait all during the archery season, then just before the deer/bear season, NADA !!!!!!

Your neighbor kids are having beer parties out there and eating the bait.
