Default Question on PA game law

I’m going to be planting some food plots on private property in the next week. Before I do that I want to make sure I’m within the law. The PAGC hunting regulations book doesn’t not specifically address food plots and I don’t want to get into trouble for “baiting”.
If I plant a food plot can I hunt over it? If not how far away does it have to be from a stand? Does anyone know what the GCs official stance is on the subject?
Thanks Lance
